Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or entered production.

• If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Before sending any return, please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address. Returns sent without confirmation may not be accepted.

3. Important Notes

• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.

• If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.

• We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days (processing time may vary by bank or payment provider).

5. Late or Missing Refunds
